Contact InformationIf at all possible, you should come and see us at one of the venues listed behind the Events Calendar button. Most of our products will be on display at these places and one or both of us will be there to discuss your needs. Given that you live within about 30 miles of one of the venues, it's probably cheaper than paying post and packing charges on these items and has the added advantage that you can actually see and handle the stuff.. Alternatively, let's assume that, as you're using a computer to read this, you have access to e-mail. This is our next-best preferred method of contact and the most likely to get a prompt response. It's also good for keeping you up to date with pictures and info on our latest products and the pictures we can send via email are about 4 times clearer and more detailed than those we can sensibly use on a web site. We don't have a problem with you using the phone, but we're not always able to answer it, in which case you'll be put through to the ever reliable answering service, which everyone hates and few are ever ready for. So if you are going to use the phone, please be prepared to speak to the machine and leave your name, contact number, reason for your call and the best time for us to call back. In the interests of reducing junk mail, we don't publish our full address here. We don't have a shop, just a studio in the back garden, which is why personal callers can only be accepted by appointment. So, if you feel a pressing need to visit us, please use the phone or e-mail in advance. You will of course be welcomed like an old friend if you make an appointment, especially if you bring pots of cash and buy all of our stock.
