General Notes (Important stuff!)Every one of our boxes is constructed and decorated by hand. This means that the dimensions of the boxes may vary slightly and the decoration may not be exactly as shown in any pictures published on this site We pride ourselves on never making two IDENTICAL boxes, so each one is unique. The great majority of these boxes are "Limited Editions" and this can lead to
a very short period of availability. We do our best to keep the web site up to
date, but cannot guarantee that any item shown on this site will be deleted as
soon as it is sold out. So, if you see something you want, don't
hesitate to contact us because you might miss out on the opportunity to secure
it for yourself. We are happy to reserve any item for 48 hours, without deposit
or obligation, if you need a little bit of "make-your-mind-up" time or if you
need to wait for pay day. As the boxes are quite bulky, we rarely take all our stock to any particular exhibition, market or craft fair. If you are coming along to one of our venues with the intention of inspecting or buying a particular item, please, please, please let us know in advance, so we can be sure we have the specific item with us.
We have limited space for stock, and rarely have more than 2 of any particular design available. Depending on commitments, this could lead to a few weeks delay in supplying the finished item. We will, of course, let you know if we need to make the item, when you order it. Upon completion we normally deliver items in 2 working days, after funds are cleared into our account.
